MST is an emerging technique for the analysis of biomolecular interactions developed based on the thermophoretic effect. The technique measures the affinity between a ligand and a target molecule by observing changes in the conformational size, charge and solvation state of the target molecule after the ligand has bound to it. Elucidating the kinetic, thermodynamic and chemical principles of affinity correlation is very important for high-throughput screening in the early stage of new drug development.

MST has been widely used as a powerful biophysical method in drug discovery studies to analyze and quantify biomolecular interactions. We use the unique properties of MST to rapidly generate binding data for our clients with high accuracy and informative content, while minimizing time and sample consumption. Moreover, the technology has the characteristics of no fixed sample, low sample consumption and easy operation.
